They are always willing to go the extra mile for clients and are adaptable to different styles of a team’s members and leaders.
Associate Consultant. ACs are expected to independently lead discrete work streams, generate value-adding business insights and develop realistic and/or actionable business initiatives.
Consultant. Consultants are accountable for a team’s activities and results. They provide intellectual leadership to the team by structuring and prioritising critical questions, designing a realistic approach, and providing the drive towards meaningful results and/or actionable insights for the client. They are instrumental in promoting team members’ career growth and provide an enthusiastic, trusting, and effective team-atmosphere.
Manager. Managers are the linchpins of project teams and may find themselves leading multiple small engagements or one larger engagement. Managers must be able to deliver results in increasingly complex and difficult environments, as well as being an inclusive team leader who is accessible to all team members and is continuously build team and firm-wide morale.
