 Carl is the Managing Director at Momentum Partners and has over 20 years experience consulting to resources and industrial clients. Carl specialises in organisational and leadership elements required for the successful execution of strategy and business improvement programs. His experience covers a broad range of industries including mining, energy, agriculture, property and construction. He has led projects across a wide spectrum of issues including strategy and organisational design development, business improvement, and performance leadership and cultural change.Prior to founding Momentum Partners, Carl worked at Poynton & Partners in Perth, and held various mining operations positions around Australia, including managing a base metals mine. Carl has a Master of Leadership and Management, a Diploma in Business and a Bachelor of Engineering (first class Honours and the University Medal for the top graduate) from the Curtin University of Technology. |
