 Anne-Marie is an Associate Director at Momentum Partners and specialises in building people, cultural and communications capability within organisations.While at Momentum, Anne-Marie’s engagements have included development of a comprehensive people strategy for one of Australia’s largest engineering contracting companies and providing HR strategy, communications and cultural change support for a cost reduction program in a large mining operation. She has worked across resources, engineering, construction, manufacturing and the professional services sectors. Prior to joining Momentum Partners in 2004, Anne-Marie worked internally for Woodside Energy as People Strategy Manager in key leadership role on a large cultural transformation project. Her experience also includes roles held at Kaiser Engineers and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Western Australia (CCI). Anne-Marie has a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Australia. She is an Executive Coach with the Australian Institute of Executive Coaching and is accredited in a number of organisational development tools including Human Synergistics Lifestyles Inventory (360° feedback survey), the Barrett Cultural Transformation Tool, Full Circle Feedback and DiSC and is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute. |
