We work at all levels within organisations from Boards to front line staff to deliver results.
The interview process gives candidates the opportunity to both learn about Momentum as well as to demonstrate their problem solving skills on a case study based on a real client engagement.

Our interview process is a two-way conversation that provides us with as much opportunity to learn about you as it does for you to learn about us.
Candidates will progress through 3-4 rounds of interviews, with each interview being a mix of CV- and personal-based questions and case studies. Case studies are hypothetical business problems in which candidates must navigate through incomplete information to identify the cause of the problem and suggest a solution. Case studies range from 20 to 45 minutes and give the candidate an opportunity to solve problems in a range of industries and functional disciples (e.g. strategy, profitability, etc.). Refer to the Practice Case Study section for more information and example cases.
The interview process will give you the opportunity to meet at least five members of our team, and to ask questions about Momentum and the management consulting profession. For those candidates who make it through to the offer stage, you will have a great understanding of the profession and of Momentum. |
